Light inflexible cables with pvc insulation
Light inflexible cables with PVC insulation can be produced and supplied in two groups, single-stranded and multi-stranded, with an annealed copper conductor with the specifications and requirements of the relevant standard. This type of cables must comply with the relevant regulations in the ISIRI 607-4, IEC 60227-4 standard.
Technical Specifications:
inflexible and semi-dispersed cables with insulation and PVC coating for industrial and domestic use
Number of conductors: 2, 3, 4 or 5
Rated voltage:
U° / U = 500/300 V
Reference standard:
ISRI 607-4
IEC 60227-4
Temperature requirements and thermal range:
The maximum temperature allowed in the conductor in normal operation: 70oC
Maximum permissible temperature in the conductor in short circuit operation: 150oC
At the cable level:
In fixed installation mode: -30oC to +70oC
In bending mode: -5oC to +50oC
Voltage test: DC2000 V
Structure:
CU/PVC/PVC/PVC
Conductor: annealed copper class 1 (corroded), for conductors up to 10mm² cross-sectional area and class 2 (semi-transparent) for all conductor sizes, according to the national standard ISIRI 3084 and IEC 60228
Group 1: monopolar conductor
Group 2: regular radiated conductors
Insulation:
The PVC mixture is type C and covers the conductor.
strands:
The strands are twisted together with the warp length specified in the relevant standard.
Middle cover:
Twisted strands should be covered by means of an extruded inner covering consisting of non-vulcanized rubber or a mixture of plastic. It should be easy to separate the threads from each other. The middle layer is called filler.
Coating: PVC type 70° ST4 and includes the middle coating.
Cover color: Black
Application:
Non-flexible cables are used in manufacturing factories, equipping and setting up machines, feeding the home electrical network, inside electrical trays and places where the product must be fixed.
Applications: For installation inside or outside the building, inside the wall and in the basement
Contraindications: It is not suitable in places where there is a possibility of direct mechanical blows.
